Its a nice server with a great community

This is a fun server and I would like to help it improve any way I can.
Why would you make a good addition to the current team?
I have previous staffing experience and a in-depth knowledge of how the current plugins on the server work.
What skills or unique qualities could you possibly offer to RadiantRealms staff team?
My previous staffing experience and conflict resolution
What do you expect to get out of being staff on our server?
Joy at helping a server and community grow into something amazing

Loyalty- Its important for a member of staff to not abuse the powers they have been given.
Adaptability- Being able to solve different types of problems is important to helping to run a minecraft server.
People Person- Being able to get along with the community is a important step in being able solve disputes and other community related issues.
